Kyari Abba Bukar is a seasoned technology and financial services executive with over 30 years of experience spanning Silicon Valley, banking, payments infrastructure, and capital markets. He began his career at Hewlett-Packard (HP) in the United States, where he led global IT initiatives, product development, and corporate reinvention strategies. Upon returning to Nigeria, he played a pivotal role in modernizing the country’s financial sector. As Managing Director/CEO of ValuCard Nigeria Plc (now Unified Payments Ltd), he secured Visa International’s entry into Nigeria and transformed the company into a profitable payments processor. He later led Central Securities Clearing System Plc (CSCS), where he introduced global risk management standards, streamlined operations, and significantly increased profitability and shareholder value. He also served as CEO, Africa Operations of Inlaks Computers Ltd, overseeing operations in West and East Africa.

Beyond corporate leadership, Bukar has been a key figure in policy advocacy and investment in Africa’s technology ecosystem. As Chairman of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) (2015-2018), he championed private-sector-led economic reforms. He currently chairs Ventures Platform, SUNU Assurances Plc, and ARCA Payments Ltd and serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria Ltd. Bukar holds a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering from Oregon State University and a B.Sc. in Physics from Ahmadu Bello University, where he received the Imperial Chemical International (ICI) Best Undergraduate Thesis Award. He has furthered his education at Harvard Business School, Wharton Business School, and Cambridge University. His expertise in technology, finance, and governance continues to shape Nigeria’s business landscape.

She has a Civil Engineering degree from the prestigious University of Warwick, UK, and proceeded for her Masters degree in International Business, Trade & Finance from Hult Business School, USA, and is undergoing her Chartership in Alternative Investments (CAIA). She has years of experience across banking, financial markets and engineering management with Emirates NBD – Dubai, Central Bank of Nigeria and more recently, a Co-Founder of Cainergy International a renowned brand in the Oil & Gas Industry.

Fahad Garba Aliyu , who is the Managing Partner, is a business development professional with years of experience across banking, non-profit, customer relationship and project management. He is an MBA and MSc holder from Hult International Business School and Middlesex University respectively. A serial social entrepreneur, Fahad believes in building sustainable social systems for community development and has carried out projects in conjunction with various organizations to this end. His passion for entrepreneurship and youth empowerment has also seen him serve as the National Director of Hult Prize Nigeria and found the Ignite Africa Challenge.
